Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, and holidays. Shipping fees for domestic orders are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we have made an error.

3. International Shipping

We also offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. The shipping cost will be calculated during checkout based on the destination address.

  • International Shipping Timeframes: Delivery times for international orders generally range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid upon delivery, in accordance with the customs regulations of the destination country.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slight delays.
