If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry or experience, we offer a refund and return policy to provide peace of mind. Please review the terms below for detailed information on how to return items, obtain refunds, and handle exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition with all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.

If you meet these conditions, you may return or exchange your item for a full refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@regalsparks.com or call (315) 668-9031. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: After contacting us, you will receive a Return Authorization Number along with return instructions. This number must be included in your return shipment.
  • Return Shipping: Once you receive the return authorization, carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during shipping. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or error on our part.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Regal Sparks is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
  • Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are eligible for return, but if the item was marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase, it cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us for exchange instructions. We can assist you with choosing the appropriate replacement. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, we will offer a full exchange at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a replacement.

5. Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Custom or Personalized Jewelry: Items that have been engraved, customized, or altered to meet your specifications cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Sale Items: As noted earlier, any item marked as “final sale” is not eligible for return or refund.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

  • Defects: A defective item is one that has significant flaws, such as broken parts or malfunctioning components, that were not disclosed during the purchase process.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received an item different from what you ordered, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange for the correct item.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an item has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled, and you will need to follow the standard return process.
